You can reach Krakow by plane, car, bus and train and also on transfer from airports to conference venue (Center of Energy, AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow).

Transfer from railway Main Station and Bus Station

The main railway station (Dworzec Glowny) is conveniently situated on the edge of the Old Town. The participants can take a bus:

  • route 192 from the East Main Station bus stop to the AGH bus stop,
  • route 501 from the East Main Station bus stop to the Czarnowiejska bus stop,

or tram:

  • routes 4, 14, 24 from the Main Station tram stop to Plac Inwalidów tram stop.

Transfer from airport

Saint John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice (in Polish: Międzynarodowy Port Lotniczy im. Jana Pawła II Kraków–Balice) is an international airport located near Kraków, in the village of Balice, 11 km west of the city centre. It takes about 35 minutes to reach the Conference venue. The participants can take a bus (route 208) from the airport to the City (get off at the Czarnowiejska bus stop). The buses leave the airport according to the time table available here.

Rent a car from airport

At the airport you can also rent a car in local or international car rental agency (location: passenger terminal, level +1).
